First off: Oh my goodness! I finished the commissions that I was working on and feel a huge weight off of my shoulders for having done so. There's always more art to be done, of course, but that particular project is no longer weighing on my mind.

Secondly: ...I'll be 30 Weeks along tomorrow. I can hardly believe it. The time has literally just flown by and I guess it will just keep right on doing so. I'm waiting on furniture for the nursery to arrive -- maybe next week or the week after? Plugging away on the mural. And helping get addresses together so my Mom and Aunt Paula can send out Baby Shower invitations.

Now, on to the Tea bit:

I went down to this art shop on the waterfront to price out their acrylic paints (and decided I'm better off ordering them online) after lunch. As I was driving back home, I notice this sign set out by the sidewalk that says, "Tea Clipper: Open". Curious, I pull my car in and get out to discover that it's a quaint little tea house nestled right into the side of one of the local museums. They have over 100 different varieties of tea and serve light lunches from 11-2 and then tea and desserts from 2-4. Apparently they've been there for something like eight years... and I'm just now noticing them.

I think this may become my new favorite place in town.
